Corporate Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to comprehend assigned openings, necessary skills, experience, competencies, and desired candidate profiles.

• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.

• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various recruiting channels and networks.

• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications in relation to position requirements.

• Conduct phone screenings utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders.

• Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience.

• Provide insights into the candidate market and hiring recommendations to assist in selection decisions.

• Support discussions regarding offers and candidate acceptance activities alongside hiring leaders and Human Resources.

• Coordinate onboarding processes for newly hired employees.

• Maintain precise and timely recruiting records and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for corporate and/or technology roles.

• Proven track record in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with iCIMS is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and web-based recruiting tools.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.

• Capability to provide recruiting services equivalent to approximately 30 hours per week during the engagement period.

• This is a U.S.-based independent contractor (1099/W-9) opportunity.
