This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in various countries to grasp business requirements, position specifications, and candidate profiles.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles both in the United States and on an international scale.
• Create focused sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates, including those who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Handle confidential and critical business searches.
• Organize interviews and ensure ongoing communication with candidates.
• Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment processes while offering market insights.
• Support reference checks, background screenings, employment eligibility checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain precise information in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Facilitate employee and contractor onboarding by entering necessary information into HR systems.
• Foster relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and talent communities, especially in the United States and Latin America.
• Monitor recruiting activities and provide metrics and insights to HR and business leaders.
• Ensure that hires adhere to authorization, selection, and documentation protocols.
• Leverage AI, automation, and technology to enhance recruiting efficiency.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, career events, and talent pipeline projects.
• Keep up-to-date with recruiting trends, sourcing practices, technology, and employment regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years of combined experience in recruitment, HR, or related business-support functions.
• At least three years of experience in managing corporate or in-house recruitment.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, from the hiring manager's intake meeting through selection and onboarding.
• Experience recruiting for roles based in the United States is mandatory.
• Experience supporting recruitment in other international markets is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment eligibility regulations and effective recruiting practices.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
• Skilled in sourcing and approaching passive candidates.
• Professional fluency in English, with the ability to interview candidates and lead discussions with hiring managers.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, follow-through, and respect for confidential information.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with the capability to work independently in a remote, global setting.
• Confidence in communicating with professionals and leaders across different functions, countries, and cultures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Practical experience with AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or automation platforms.
