This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Participate in recruiting events and networking conferences.
• Collaborate with leadership to diversify candidate pipelines.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on selection processes and pipeline strategies.
• Mentor interviewers on best practices.
• Create, extend, and negotiate job offers.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition Operations to enhance processes, tools, events, onboarding, and reporting.
• Establish partnerships with Business Unit management, FP&A, Human Resources, Training, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Conduct cultural screening interviews and coordinate second and final interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Foster working relationships with management to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Employ proactive, innovative, and cost-effective recruitment strategies to source both active and passive candidates.
• Maintain communication with internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Monitor applicants and sourcing leads.
• Contribute to the human resources strategy within the Business Unit and HR team.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-5 years of recruiting experience required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools required.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing talent via LinkedIn and other platforms or tools.
• Previous experience recruiting at local job fairs, colleges, and community job placement organizations.
• Required experience in collaborating with hiring managers and business partners.
• Negotiation experience required.
• Experience with the LinkedIn Recruiter platform preferred.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
• Strong initiative, sound judgment, and resourcefulness.
• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build trust with internal and external customers and employees at all organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong internet navigation skills.
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of Affirmative Action Plan and EEOC guidelines.
