Corporate Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for engineering, marketing, finance, and various other professional positions, with a special emphasis on enhancing talent acquisition in Canada.

• Collaborate with hiring managers from different portfolio brands to comprehend role specifications, provide guidance on best practices, and outline recruitment strategies.

• Identify, assess, and screen qualified candidates for engineering, finance, creative, and other professional positions.

• Perform phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and candidate evaluations.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for future hiring requirements.

• Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, translating insights into enhancements in processes.

• Establish and expand CSC Generation's recruiting footprint in Canada.

• Recognize top talent markets and sourcing avenues.

• Handle multiple job requisitions concurrently while keeping stakeholders updated.

• Report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally within e-commerce, fintech, or technology sectors.

• Proven ability to source and assess engineering, finance, and creative talent throughout North America.

• Strong knowledge of the candidate landscape in both the US and Canada.

• Experience in utilizing data and reporting to inform recruiting decisions and enhance outcomes.

• Capability to manage various open requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining quality.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—confident in advising hiring managers on processes and strategies.

• A strong sense of ownership with a proven track record of achieving results with minimal oversight.
