This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and oversee the entire lifecycle of Dodge’s corporate account programs, encompassing qualification, commercial support, performance measurement, and optimization.
• Manage the collection of corporate account programs across all distribution partners.
• Assess new program requests and suggest suitable commercial support.
• Conduct annual program assessments to determine whether to continue, modify, or discontinue programs.
• Track account performance, market share, rebate efficiency, and competitive activities.
• Spot opportunities for product extension, new plant penetration, and competitive conversions.
• Generate actionable insights to prioritize field resources and commercial investments.
• Ensure distributors meet their commitments tied to corporate programs.
• Evaluate execution against documented objectives and relay results to Distributor Managers.
• Collaborate with distributors to enhance program effectiveness and foster mutual growth.
• Coordinate with Distributor Managers, Business Development, Field Sales Engineers, Pricing, and Product Management teams.
• Direct organizational resources towards the highest-value opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between corporate purchasing entities and local field execution.
• Standardize corporate account processes, reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Develop tools and dashboards to enhance decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to utilize analytics and AI for improved portfolio management and commercial execution.
• Promote collaboration among commercial, pricing, business development, and product management teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Communicate program outcomes, recommendations, and strategies to internal stakeholders, distributors, and corporate purchasing organizations.
• Manage multiple programs and priorities while ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and diligence.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, rebate, and commercial program information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with Dodge’s commercial strategy and growth goals.
• A minimum of five years of experience in industrial sales, distribution management, business development, pricing, or commercial leadership.
• Preferred experience working with industrial distributors and corporate account programs.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong commercial and financial insight.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with outstanding follow-through and a root-cause analysis mindset.
• Effective communication skills with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable analyzing data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods at a desk or computer workstation.
• Ability to type, reach, grasp, and communicate verbally and in writing for prolonged periods.
• Ability to walk at distributor and customer sites in various environmental conditions such as heat, humidity, or dust.
• Must be able to drive and travel for extended durations.
• High travel availability: 2–3 overnight trips per week; 50–60% travel required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in speaking and presenting in person and virtually to individuals and small groups.
