Corporate Processing Disclosure Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and distribution of disclosures for mortgage loan applications.

• Review and confirm the accuracy and integrity of necessary disclosure documents.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with mortgage loan originators, processors, and other support personnel.

• Monitor and assess various aspects of loan files to ensure adherence to TRID, ECOA, and other relevant regulations.

• Address disclosure-related inquiries pertaining to loan-level activities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TRID, ECOA, and other regulatory requirements.

• Review, verify, and ensure that mortgage loan disclosures are accurate and comply with established regulatory timelines.

• Prepare documentation to support early disclosure packages.

• Ensure that disclosure packages are completed and delivered securely within the applicable federal regulatory timeframes.

• Respond to inquiries from MLOs, support staff, and applicants in an effective and concise manner.

• Understand customer requirements and fulfill service level agreements.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of federal regulations and disclosure guidelines relevant to residential mortgage origination.

• Comply with regulatory standards and guidelines, completing necessary training courses.

• Observe relevant policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and risk limits; report any known or suspected violations appropriately.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage production or lending-related activities.

• Familiarity with state-specific disclosure requirements.

• Experience using Encompass LOS.

• Understanding of TRID regulations.

• Knowledge of mortgage disclosure formats, regulatory content, and timing necessities.

• Awareness of banking regulations and corporate policies and directives.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software applications.

• Primarily operates during Mountain and Pacific Time zone working hours to support the West Coast region.
