📋 Description

• Analyze AI-generated replies to inquiries related to UK corporate and commercial law.

• Assess legal reasoning concerning M&A, transactional, governance, and associated corporate issues.

• Spot significant legal mistakes, omissions, unsupported conclusions, and misleading arguments.

• Evaluate whether responses meet the standards expected in professional UK legal practice.

• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of responses from two AI platforms for accuracy, completeness, reasoning quality, and practical applicability.

• Determine which response more effectively addresses the legal query and highlight major shortcomings.

• Rate AI-generated responses using a standardized evaluation rubric.

• Differentiate between minor drafting flaws and substantive legal errors.

• Provide clear written justifications for each evaluation.

• Clarify specific legal strengths, weaknesses, and inaccuracies.

• Identify any missing issues or analytical steps that significantly impact the answers.

• Review transaction structures, corporate governance, commercial agreements, and deal execution.

• Incorporate practical considerations from corporate, M&A, and transactional legal practices.

• Uphold professional standards in line with established UK law firm practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be qualified to practice law in the United Kingdom.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm; 3+ years is preferred.

• Significant professional experience in corporate law, M&A, or transactional practice.

• Primary professional experience should be within a recognized law firm.

• In-house candidates may be considered if they transitioned from law-firm practice within the last two years.

• Strong knowledge of UK corporate and commercial law is required.

• Native or fluent English proficiency is essential.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate legal reasoning clearly.

• Strong focus on legal accuracy, analytical consistency, and attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently while adhering to structured rubrics and deadlines.

• Experience in reviewing complex legal research or written legal analysis is highly valued.

• Must be able to work without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, law firm, institution, or other third parties.
