This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Analyze AI-generated answers related to French corporate and commercial law.

• Assess legal reasoning in areas such as M&A, transactional matters, governance, and other corporate issues.

• Detect substantial legal errors, omissions, unsupported conclusions, and misleading arguments.

• Evaluate if the responses align with established French legal practices.

• Compare similar legal prompts across two different AI platforms.

• Review responses for accuracy, completeness, reasoning quality, and practical applicability.

• Rate responses using a standardized evaluation rubric.

• Deliver succinct written rationales that outline legal strengths, weaknesses, and inaccuracies.

• Identify any overlooked issues or analytical steps that may impact the answers.

• Utilize expertise in corporate, M&A, transactional, governance, commercial agreements, and deal execution.

• Operate independently within structured rubrics and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be qualified to practice law in France.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience at a law firm; 3+ years is preferred.

• Significant professional experience in corporate law, M&A, or transactional law.

• Primarily have a professional background in a well-established law firm.

• In-house candidates may be considered if they transitioned from law firm practice within the last two years.

• Strong understanding of French corporate and commercial law is essential.

• Native or fluent proficiency in French is required.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate legal reasoning clearly.

• Exceptional attention to legal accuracy, analytical consistency, and detail.

• Capability to work independently under structured rubrics and time constraints.

• Experience in reviewing complex legal research or written legal analysis is highly regarded.

• Must adhere to confidentiality and NDA requirements.

• Work must be performed without accessing confidential or proprietary third-party information.
