Corporate FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance VAST’s corporate financial model for revenue generation, comprehensive P&L forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.

• Lead the Annual Planning process and the resulting Annual Operating Plan by managing stakeholder engagement, conducting in-depth analytics, and translating inputs into a practical financial plan.

• Develop and take charge of the Long Range Plan, aligning company vision and market strategy with a multi-year financial roadmap that includes clearly defined milestones.

• Enhance forecasting accuracy by collaborating with business units and FP&A colleagues to refine assumptions and consolidate insights.

• Contribute to reporting for executives, the board, and investors by providing strategic insights and clear narratives.

• Work in partnership with the finance team to enhance systems and tools, minimize manual workload, and deepen analytical capabilities.

• Collaborate with Data teams to establish data hygiene practices, operationalize KPIs, and automate reporting processes.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational priorities and initiatives related to investor relations.

• Foster and maintain relationships throughout the organization to ensure Finance acts as a strategic partner to all departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 4-8 years of experience, preferably including investment banking, private equity, or consulting roles.

• Previous operating experience in a rapidly growing tech company is preferred.

• Experience with public companies is a plus.

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Proven experience managing complex operating models.

• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Pigment is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, with a history of translating data into compelling narratives for executives, investors, and sophisticated business audiences.

• Highly motivated self-starter who works independently and upholds a high standard for accuracy and business judgment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet objectives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
