Corporate Finance Consultant – Structured Credit, Business Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate, evaluate, and oversee corporate transactions related to structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions, collaborating directly with end borrowers and key decision-makers.

• Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for businesses generating annual revenue over R$15 million.

• Analyze projects and funding requirements.

• Sustain ongoing origination efforts, aiming for a target of two structured contracts each week.

• Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to confirm proposals.

• Offer commercial assistance to mid-sized and large enterprises, especially within the industrial sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio with direct, proven relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large firms with annual revenues exceeding R$15 million.

• Practical expertise in credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources like BNDES and similar entities.

• Proficient understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.

• Capability to analyze complex working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Proactive, commercially oriented, results-driven, operationally disciplined, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large corporate clients (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established connections in the industrial sector.

• Preferred professional experience: Less than 1 year.
