📋 Description

• Review responses generated by AI to realistic inquiries related to UK law.

• Evaluate the legal accuracy, completeness, reasoning quality, and practical relevance of these responses.

• Utilize seasoned in-house counsel judgment for commercial and contractual issues.

• Identify erroneous legal conclusions, overlooked considerations, and unsupported reasoning.

• Execute identical legal inquiries across two AI platforms.

• Compare the AI-generated responses side by side using uniform evaluation criteria.

• Discern significant differences in legal reasoning, accuracy, and applicability.

• Ascertain which response more effectively addresses the fundamental legal question.

• Score each response using a standardized rubric provided.

• Consistently apply evaluation criteria across all assignments.

• Differentiate between substantive legal weaknesses and minor presentation flaws.

• Offer concise written justifications for each evaluation.

• Clearly articulate significant legal errors, omissions, or weaknesses in reasoning.

• Document pertinent differences between competing AI responses.

• Complete evaluations as assigned, adhering to project deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as in-house legal counsel in the United Kingdom.

• Strong understanding of UK law.

• Extensive experience with commercial and contract-related matters.

• Experience in providing practical legal advice to businesses.

• Ability to assess complex legal reasoning effectively.

• Excellent command of written English and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently using structured evaluation criteria.

• Strong professional judgment and consistency in reviewing legal documents.

• Significant professional experience related to UK commercial and contract law.

• Experience practicing law in the United Kingdom.

• A legal degree or equivalent professional legal qualification is highly relevant.

• Professional qualifications pertinent to legal practice in the UK may enhance an application.

• Experience in technology, software, or AI-related legal matters is a plus.

• Familiarity with legal research or legal technology platforms is advantageous.

• Previous experience with rubric-based legal reviews or structured evaluations is beneficial.

• Experience in evaluating AI-generated legal content is a plus.

• All project work will be subject to confidentiality requirements and a non-disclosure agreement.
