• Evaluate AI model answers to legal inquiries for precision and reasoning quality.

• Create expert-level prompts, reference answers, and comprehensive critiques.

• Detect fabricated citations, flawed analyses, and jurisdictional inaccuracies.

• Deliver structured feedback that enhances model efficacy in legal tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid license to practice law in the United States.

• Recent experience, either current or within the last 3 years, at a prestigious BigLaw firm.

• Extensive professional background in corporate law, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.

• Experience managing high-value transactional issues.

• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, or negotiating intricate commercial agreements.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-identifying abilities.

• Excellent command of written English and the capacity to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
