This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic partnerships with corporate, operational, and plant personnel teams across various customer locations.
• Expand existing corporate accounts through value-driven selling, cross-selling, upselling, contract growth, and new business initiatives.
• Meet revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Discover enterprise-wide opportunities that align with customer business goals.
• Facilitate executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Articulate measurable value and return on investment.
• Act as the main relationship manager for assigned corporate accounts.
• Guarantee outstanding customer service, responsiveness, and implementation across customer locations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide successful solutions and foster long-term account development.
• Track customer performance, market trends, competitive activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage opportunities, forecast revenue, oversee customer engagement, and assist with strategic account planning using business tools.
• Create and implement annual strategic account plans.
• Travel to customer sites, trade shows, industry events, and internal meetings throughout North America.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in corporate account management.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated success in industrial sales within sectors such as manufacturing, industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, oil and gas, mining, construction, transportation, energy, or similar industrial markets.
• A strong history of developing large, multi-site customer relationships and surpassing revenue targets.
• Ability to leverage existing industry connections and professional networks to identify opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive account growth.
• Capacity to think strategically and comprehend complex customer organizations and multi-site account management.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple complex opportunities concurrently.
• Collaborative leadership qualities and the ability to engage with all levels within the customer organization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Excel, LinkedIn, and other relevant business tools.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout North America.
