This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Identify potential corporate accounts and formulate comprehensive strategies specifically designed for strategic accounts to meet DEXTENZA growth objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-level influencers, physicians, and other essential stakeholders.
• Recognize and suggest value-added solutions that enhance patient and client outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and services while taking into account financial responsibilities, GTN, and possible ASP impacts.
• Organize, plan, and carry out activities within strategic accounts to execute contract initiatives.
• Utilize resources and collaborate with Sales and Reimbursement in a compliant manner as needed.
• Work together with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams to align strategies and fulfill client requirements.
• Coordinate both internal and external resources for effective strategic account management.
• Establish channels for proactive communication across internal teams.
• 8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, market access, or strategic account management.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in managing large corporate accounts, IDNs, GPOs, health systems, ASC networks, or physician organizations.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales, access, and revenue growth targets.
• Experience in negotiating and implementing contracts and business agreements.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare economics, reimbursement, and market access.
• Familiarity with provider business models and healthcare purchasing processes.
• Financial expertise, including contract profitability, gross-to-net (GTN), and pricing considerations.
• Capacity to build relationships with C-suite executives, physician leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (typically 50–70%).
• Compensation includes MBOs and overall account production.
