This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee multiple primary customers in alternate sites to effectively meet sales and marketing objectives while ensuring profitability.
• Establish quarterly sales targets with each Corporate Account and provide monthly updates to management regarding the latest revenue forecasts.
• Enhance contribution margin through strategic pricing, expense management, and resource allocation decisions.
• Prepare and deliver the National Business Plan encompassing all Corporate Accounts and maintain regular updates.
• Review monthly sales, marketing, and financial data against sales and margin targets.
• Strategize, target, and finalize business opportunities alongside the National Sales Manager.
• Operate within set budgetary constraints.
• Offer guidance and input to teams supporting the development of the distributor sales channel.
• Manage corporate accounts utilizing Sales Intelligence Tools, including Salesforce.com Automation and Sales EDW CUBE.
• Collaborate with corporate account sales and marketing management to evaluate programs and sales performance.
• Create and launch monthly and quarterly promotional materials and advertisements for distributors.
• Update Sales and Marketing teams on competitive activities, industry trends, and product reception.
• Coordinate contract proposals in conjunction with Integra Legal and Sales Departments.
• Cultivate relationships with nationally recognized Alternate Site GPO organizations.
• Organize and facilitate distributor sales meetings, including National Sales Meetings.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of company policies and the establishment of long-term goals and objectives.
• Drive the integration of new SKUs into distributor systems.
• Establish legal agreements with distributors, clearly defining the obligations of each party.
• Collaborate with the Private Label Manager to build relationships with relevant Private Label decision-makers.
• Evaluate activity, costs, operations, and forecasts to monitor progress towards goals and objectives.
• Represent the company at conventions and significant distributor/customer events.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, the Advamed Code of Conduct, and the Sunshine Act.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or comparable industry experience.
• Over 5 years of proven success in sales and distributor management within the medical device industry.
• More than 3 years of experience in sales management; preference for candidates with management experience in a device company and distributor background.
• Demonstrated history of aggressively expanding an area with distributors and consistently driving revenue growth.
• Willingness to take ownership of sales growth and be accountable for Corporate Account objectives.
• Exceptional business management, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities along with polished presentation skills.
• Consistent work history.
• Willingness and capability to travel as required, with a commitment to over 40% travel time.
