This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic long-term relationships with key clients to encourage the adoption of Anktiva and meet company revenue objectives.
• Identify, execute, and support business opportunities and strategies within large urology group practices.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization.
• Establish and sustain relationships with major clients, serving as the main point of contact.
• Comprehend customer requirements and relay insights back to the organization for business planning.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and foster account growth.
• Keep track of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Create solutions to address obstacles hindering the appropriate adoption of Anktiva products.
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions.
• Prepare forecasts and progress reports utilizing key account metrics.
• Design and execute business plans aimed at achieving commercial objectives and boosting sales revenue.
• Evaluate competitive promotional activities and treatment adoption, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Advise accounts and internal stakeholders regarding regulatory and process updates that impact account economics and product utilization.
• Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and leverage connections with clinical experts.
• Develop and implement cross-functional business plans and business development strategies for targeted corporate accounts.
• Achieve business objectives and key metrics for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate across functions with sales and sales leadership teams.
• Implement and manage assigned GPO contracts, pull-through programs, and services at the account level.
• Oversee distribution network services and support at the account level.
• Carry out ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive commercial experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, preferably in specialty therapeutics.
• Proven track record and experience in start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics companies.
• At least 4 years of experience in urological oncology/urology is strongly required.
• Experience in the buy and bill area of reimbursement is necessary.
• Familiarity with community practice, hospital and outpatient business models, revenue cycles, reimbursement pathways, and financials is required.
• Over 5 years of progressive account management and/or demonstrated success in market access, GPO, trade, and distribution is preferred.
• Experience working with a distinct class of trade contracts is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) is preferred.
• A current valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Understanding of third-party payer, trade, and other distribution models is preferred.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight.
• Must operate a personal vehicle on behalf of the Company.
• Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record check upon hiring and annually thereafter.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance that meets company minimum coverage requirements.
