This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Propel profitable expansion within the Coronary portfolio, focusing on Interventional Cardiologists.
• Implement sales strategies to meet objectives for atherectomy, carotid, PCIO, DES, base coronary, and forthcoming products.
• Lead, supervise, mentor, and cultivate the skills of Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and PCIO Territory Managers.
• Achieve business outcomes through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management.
• Enhance market share and engage hospital stakeholders within the designated region.
• Spearhead contracting initiatives and negotiate advantageous account positions.
• Formulate a commercial sales strategy that aligns with the marketing strategy.
• Oversee the hiring, coaching, development, and performance management of direct reports.
• Ensure comprehensive customer relationship management, encompassing targeting, onboarding, contracting, clinical support, pricing, KOL management, and conflict resolution.
• Manage planning, forecasting, expenses, reporting, adherence to the sales process, and sales analytics.
• Maintain compliance with company sales management and reporting systems.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs.
• Identify account and user sales pipelines to meet revenue or productivity targets.
• Organize regular performance review meetings for the team.
• Create individual development plans for team members.
• Ensure direct reports possess the necessary product knowledge, sales, and presentation skills.
• Uphold company values, ethics, legal responsibilities, and relevant policies.
• Promote a diverse workplace and exhibit effective change leadership.
• Keep the company updated on market trends and competitive activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% within the assigned region.
• A preferred background includes previous experience in sales management within the medical device industry.
