Core Integration Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between business and technical requirements for the Software Integration Services team.

• Support the manager in evaluating core integration processes, identifying needs, and suggesting best practices and solutions tailored to client business objectives.

• Collaborate with clients and trainers to create accurate specifications for SIS engineers.

• Provide confidence and promptly address inquiries within the area of expertise.

• Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming core integration offerings.

• Document processes and procedures while participating in initiatives for best-practice development.

• Facilitate communication among developers, trainers, product teams, vendors, clients, sales, and service stakeholders.

• Define project requirements and record risks associated with core integration requests.

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to navigate implementation challenges.

• Serve as a bridge between SIE and SIS regarding new core system integrations.

• Maintain documentation for SIS.

• Manage core integration tracker files and propose modifications to default mappings.

• Monitor project advancement, follow up with stakeholders, and provide constructive feedback.

• Support efforts aimed at expediting project delivery.

• Address tickets as necessary.

• Train new team members when required.

• Lead initiatives related to specialized areas of expertise as needed.

• In-depth knowledge of banking core system integrations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.

• High initiative and a proven track record of exercising independent judgment.

• Excellent customer service skills and capabilities.

• Proven ability to effectively develop, maintain, and document business processes, workflows, product architecture, and design best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in producing project plans and executive summaries.

• Experience collaborating with developers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of two years of pertinent experience as a technical team leader or analyst for Banking Core Systems implementations.

• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Familiarity with system implementations and customizations.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Experience with Azure Application Insights (Kusto query language) is preferred.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting preferred.

• Must undergo a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the hiring process.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or meet U.S. sponsorship requirements.
