Copywriting Executive – Social, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Craft compelling copy for banners, carousels, short videos/UGC scripts, landing pages, emails/WhatsApp, and ad extensions.

• Develop angle → message → variation sets for swift testing and iteration.

• Ensure copy aligns with brand identity, is platform-appropriate, concise, and emphasizes strong calls to action.

• Collaborate with designers to merge copy with visuals; deliver clear briefs and constructive feedback.

• Uphold trackers, file naming conventions, and deadlines; ensure reliable project delivery.

• Lead or engage in weekly client calls, gather briefs, present concepts, and agree on subsequent steps.

• Convert business requests into clear copy tasks and timelines.

• Manage feedback cycles, document meeting minutes, compile changes, and secure approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of direct experience in performance ad/social media writing.

• Preferred background in an agency setting.

• Portfolio demonstrating engaging hooks, benefit-driven copy, and understanding of platform nuances, including differences in Meta primary text versus headline, YouTube hooks, and Amazon tone.

• Exceptional grammar and concise writing skills.

• Ability to quickly iterate based on feedback.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with design and performance teams.
