Coordination Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise the execution of work orders

• Direct work order implementation and promote continuous improvement initiatives

• Enhance operational processes and ensure compliance with PMO standards

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and assistance to Service Coordinators and team members

• Manage escalations and address complex operational challenges

• Evaluate KPIs and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve service delivery

• Apply risk, quality, and compliance measures to facilitate operational excellence

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to foster innovation

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in project, operations, or service delivery roles

• Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams concurrently

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues

• Established leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building

• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and implement data-driven enhancements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification is highly valued
