Coordenador de Trade Marketing – Merchandising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Execution Guide with a focus on MPDV, campaigns, originals, and training schedules.

• Keep communication channels updated and schedule weekly meetings with the team.

• Detail campaigns, communicate goals per store, and monitor and control results.

• Establish relationship guidelines in-store and manage and control results.

• Train the promoter team.

• Participate in the Campaigns and MPDV Committee.

• Identify, share, and ensure the roll-out of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in cosmetics, dermocosmetics, or the pharmaceutical industry.

• Must reside in the Northeast, specifically in Fortaleza, Recife, or Salvador.
