This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and oversee commercial agreements, including data licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, and agreements for third-party access.
• Evaluate contract requests considering legal, operational, and business factors, and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution while ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and risk management guidelines.
• Maintain records of contracts, templates, and associated documentation.
• Review client-facing claims, marketing collateral, press releases, presentations, and social media content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assess proposed claims and offer guidance on substantiation, data utilization, and approval requirements.
• Act as a resource for cross-functional teams regarding contracting, claims review, and related procedures.
• Foster relationships across legal, commercial, product, analytics, and operational teams.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Enhance contracting and claims review processes to improve stakeholder experiences.
• Utilize contract lifecycle management systems, workflow tools, AI-enabled technologies, and automation solutions.
• Oversee contract repositories, claims submission tracking, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain playbooks, guidelines, and training materials.
• Contribute to operational enhancements and promote advancements in technology, automation, and best practices.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial contract management, legal operations, paralegal work, marketing, advertising, claims review, data analytics, insights, or a similar business function.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment.
• Capacity to provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, workflow tools, document management systems, or approval workflows is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, or process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Exposure to legal, compliance, consumer data, analytics, market research, technology, or consumer products environments is preferred.
