This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts on both the vendor and client sides.
• Conduct essential quality reviews to mitigate risks in collaboration with other teams.
• Utilize company policies and procedures to address a range of issues.
• Tackle problems of moderate scope.
• Process contracts in accordance with client policies.
• Engage in the preparation of service termination processing through amendments.
• Maintain an internal database containing relevant information, including legal documents.
• Monitor authorizations and correspondence while keeping detailed and organized records.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract, which includes the original contract, correspondence, alterations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
• Analyze and address risks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university, along with 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to interpret complex information.
• Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn and understand systems and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with high-accuracy data input.
• Ability to manage high workloads and adhere to deadlines.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated.
• Experience in understanding how databases capture information.
• Proven ability to accurately handle large data sets.
• 2–4 years of experience in contract execution for large-scale organizations (preferred).
• Experience with DocuSign (preferred).
• Must be capable of performing office-related tasks, which may involve prolonged sitting or standing.
• Must be able to move within an office environment.
• Must be proficient in using a computer.
• Must possess effective communication skills.
• Some positions may require occasional repetitive motions or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
