Contractor Relations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute daily assignments as allocated by the management team.

• Develop B2B connections with technicians and trade partners within the designated regions.

• Track and maintain daily performance metrics established by the manager.

• Allocate work orders to technicians and trade partners within the network.

• Follow up with clients to guarantee high-quality customer service by providing information about technicians and trade partners.

• Confirm scheduled appointments by following up with technicians and trade partners.

• Engage contractors as needed, making a minimum of 15 attempts for each claim.

• Accurately categorize claim dispositions to ensure reporting precision for management.

• Maintain a robust understanding of CRM system operations and functionalities.

• Inform the direct manager of any deteriorating relationships or standards with contractors and trade partners.

• Identify technicians to fulfill clients' claim requests while nurturing contractor relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing positions is essential.

• Previous experience in onboarding, supporting, or directly collaborating with home improvement professionals, tradespeople, or home services providers is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; samples may be requested.

• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience while balancing business needs.

• Proficiency in Excel for data entry tasks.

• Capability to handle escalated situations effectively.

• Workspace requirements include a quiet area for work and an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
