This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and manage the contractor recruitment process from the initial outreach to the collection of documents and training.
β’ Respond to inquiries about the hiring process and document each interaction.
β’ Support recruiters in sourcing leads, reviewing insurance and completing hire packages, and generating daily and monthly reports, while also training team members.
β’ Handle and fulfill acquisition requests from area managers.
β’ Guide contractors through home warranty procedures and policies.
β’ Conduct outbound calls to contractors nationwide to promote and sell the advantages of joining the contractor network.
β’ Establish both physical and digital profiles for contractors.
β’ Collect necessary documentation from contractors, licensing boards, and insurance providers.
β’ Assist contractors with their initial billing via the online contractor portal.
β’ Negotiate pricing with contractors in accordance with First American guidelines.
β’ Monitor reports to ensure adequate territory coverage and identify contractor hiring requirements.
β’ Train new staff on procurement processes and procedures.
β’ Keep track of and maintain current state licensing requirements.
β’ Manage contractor company name changes in both physical and digital profiles.
β’ Verify documentation for contractor hiring packages prior to CRM approval.
β’ Research and distribute leads for challenging hiring areas.
β’ Collaborate with the Manager on process flows, Falcon changes, reporting tools, and daily/monthly production reports.
β’ Partner with Marketing to explore innovative ways to promote First American to contractors.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent.
β’ Some college education is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in vendor management, customer service, sales, or outbound telesales experience.
β’ Experience in home warranty or real estate is advantageous.
β’ Basic knowledge of commercial insurance is required.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow up effectively.
β’ Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated customer service skills.
β’ Attention to detail is essential.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Capability to work under pressure while adapting to changing schedules and demands.
β’ Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
