Contract Trainer – Controlling, Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the progress and motivation of learners.

• Providing guidance and support to learners as a coach within the flipped classroom model.

• Promoting active participation with learning materials and their practical application.

• Facilitating knowledge sharing through innovative formats.

• Inspiring participants and maintaining a positive learning and working atmosphere.

• Assisting learners in the individual completion of assignments as part of project work.

• Evaluating project work.

• Contributing to the ongoing development of the product.

• Conducting classes from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence.

• In-depth knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence.

• A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and/or relevant professional experience.

• Familiarity with AI fundamentals in reporting.

• Expertise in data analysis and visualization.

• Understanding of forecasting and scenario planning.

• Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection.

• Ability to understand and assess processes utilizing AI.

• Proficiency in self-service Business Intelligence.

• Experience with Power BI.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

• Capability to effectively use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) to enhance work processes.

• Please include a summary of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application.

• Excellent command of the German language, the training language (C2).

• Familiar with modern teaching methods and capable of providing empathetic learner support.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education.

• Utilization of innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions.

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for collaborating in a team environment.
