Contract Trainer – Controlling, Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the success and motivation of learners.

• Providing support and mentorship to learners as a coach within the flipped classroom model.

• Promoting active participation with learning materials and their practical applications.

• Leading discussions on the material learned through innovative formats.

• Inspiring participants and fostering a positive learning and working atmosphere.

• Overseeing individual work on assignments as part of project initiatives.

• Evaluating project work.

• Assisting in further product development.

• Conducting teaching sessions from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence.

• In-depth knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence.

• A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, and/or relevant professional experience.

• Understanding of AI fundamentals in reporting.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.

• Familiarity with forecasting and scenario analysis.

• Expertise in automated reporting and anomaly detection.

• Ability to comprehend and assess processes using AI.

• Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence.

• Experience with Power BI as the main tool.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is advantageous.

• Capability to effectively and purposefully utilize generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel.

• Please provide an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application.

• Excellent command of the German language at C2 level for training delivery.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer is preferred.

• Ideally, experience in publicly funded continuing education.

• Desirable experience in applying innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions.

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork are preferred.
