πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee staffing operations within a specified region.

β€’ Collaborate with Operational management to develop and implement efficient, cost-effective staffing strategies that align with both regional and corporate business goals.

β€’ Identify and foster channels for recruiting experienced and entry-level candidates through networking, employee referrals, Internet Mining technology, competitor candidate databases, relationship management, and staffing tools.

β€’ Manage the regional recruiting budget by utilizing cost-effective advertising methods and third-party recruiters.

β€’ Create and maintain a list of preferred third-party recruiters and negotiate discounted contract rates with the National Director of staffing.

β€’ Evaluate, interview, and assess job applicants as needed.

β€’ Maintain applicant databases using electronic recruiting systems.

β€’ Provide essential staffing metrics for regional hiring and monitor colleague retention rates within the region.

β€’ Advise regional management on turnover challenges.

β€’ Train and guide hiring managers and Colleague Resource Generalists on the use of electronic recruiting software.

β€’ Instruct hiring managers on Behavioral Interviewing Techniques and candidate assessment tools.

β€’ Support and educate Colleague Resources Generalists in effective staffing practices.

β€’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

β€’ PHR or SPHR Certification is preferred.

β€’ Bilingual in Portuguese.

β€’ A minimum of four (4) years of staffing experience or a comparable mix of education and experience is required.

β€’ At least three (3) years of experience as a direct recruiter in a high-volume, challenging industry.

β€’ Experience in recruiting within the insurance industry is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with recruiting software is preferred.

β€’ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Understanding of e-recruiting concepts and systems.

β€’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.

β€’ Proficient with PCs, including Microsoft Office applications.

β€’ Strong organizational capabilities.

β€’ Excellent negotiation skills.

β€’ Strong interpersonal abilities.

β€’ Capacity to work independently.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

β€’ Capability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.

β€’ Willingness to travel as necessary.
