
Contract Specialist, Cloud Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Prepare contracts for customers, order documentation, and related paperwork for Cloud Integrations services and migrations.
β’ Oversee and process a significant volume of transactions; ensure scope, pricing, terms, service details, and customer requirements are validated.
β’ Maintain records related to contracts, orders, customers, and migrations in Salesforce, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and operational tracking tools.
β’ Collaborate with engineers, Project Managers, Service Operations, Sales, Account Executives, Legal, Finance/Billing, Products, customers, and vendors.
β’ Identify, triage, document, escalate, and track quoting, system, and process issues until resolved.
β’ Obtain necessary approvals and send contract documentation for signatures via DocuSign.
β’ Inform relevant departments about executed contracts, amendments, terminations, NDAs, novations, and other changes.
β’ Work closely with Sales to ensure opportunity values are accurately reflected throughout the sales cycle and generate supporting reports.
β’ Validate opportunity and revenue data, assist with reconciliation and cleanup, manage invoice or credit requests, and oversee Salesforce deployment dates.
β’ Monitor customer commitments, migration milestones, escalations, risks, and deliverables while providing regular status updates.
β’ Adhere to company ethics, data-handling, privacy, compliance, and policy requirements.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's or University degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field of study, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, service operations, or a related customer- or transaction-support role.
β’ Proven understanding of quote-to-order and contract-processing workflows, including complex multi-service or multi-client transactions.
β’ Experience with CRM, ticketing, or operational systems.
β’ Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, managed services, customer migrations, or related technical service environments.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
β’ Demonstrated customer-first approach.
β’ Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in managing transactions, issues, and commitments.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey process or technical information to non-technical audiences.
β’ Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
β’ Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred.
β’ Familiarity with BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, virtualization, connectivity services, and DocuSign preferred.
β’ ITIL Foundation or a similar service-management certification preferred.
