
Contract Specialist, Cloud Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the planning, provisioning, migration, and ongoing management of customer services within 11:11's global cloud infrastructure.
• Create contracts, order documentation, and other necessary paperwork for Cloud Integrations services and migrations directed at customers.
• Facilitate the required approvals and guarantee accurate transitions across Cloud Integrations, Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other involved parties.
• Oversee and handle a significant volume of transactions; confirm scope, pricing, terms, service details, and customer needs.
• Keep records of contracts, orders, customers, and migrations in Salesforce, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and operational tracking tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, Project Managers, Service Operations, Sales and Account Executives, Legal, Finance/Billing, Products, customers, and vendors.
• Identify, prioritize, document, escalate, and assist in resolving quoting, system, and process issues until resolution.
• Acquire approvals, dispatch contract documentation for signatures via DocuSign, and inform departments of executed contracts and other alterations.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure opportunity values are filled in throughout the sales cycle and generate relevant reports.
• Verify opportunity and revenue data; assist in reconciliation, cleanup, invoice or credit requests, and Salesforce opportunity updates.
• Monitor customer commitments, migration milestones, escalations, risks, and deliverables while providing status updates to stakeholders.
• Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics, company values, data-handling agreements, work procedures, policies, privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's or University degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field of study, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• Over 3 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, service operations, or a related customer- or transaction-support position.
• Proven understanding of quote-to-order and contract-processing workflows, including complex multi-service or multi-client transactions (Required).
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or operational systems (Required); familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow or similar platforms (Preferred).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, managed services, customer migrations, or related technical service environments, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Required).
• Awareness of BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, virtualization, connectivity services, and DocuSign (Preferred).
• ITIL Foundation or a comparable service-management certification (Preferred).
• Proven customer-first mentality when collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through in managing transactions, issues, and commitments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey process or technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities under strict deadlines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
