
Contract Specialist, Cloud Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Prepare customer contracts, order documentation, and related paperwork for Cloud Integrations services and migrations while facilitating the internal approval process.
• Manage and process a high volume of transactions; ensure the validation of scope, pricing, terms, service details, and customer requirements.
• Maintain precise records of contracts, orders, customers, and migrations in Salesforce, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and operational tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Cloud Integrations engineers, Project Managers, Service Operations, Sales and Account Executives, Legal, Finance/Billing, Products, customers, and vendors.
• Identify, triage, document, and assist in resolving quoting, system, and process issues; escalate and monitor matters until resolution.
• Secure approvals, send contract documentation for signatures via DocuSign, and inform departments of executed contracts, amendments, terminations, NDAs, novations, and other modifications.
• Work alongside Sales to ensure opportunity values are accurately populated throughout the sales cycle and generate reports for timely and precise processing.
• Validate opportunity and revenue data, support reconciliation and cleanup, assist with invoice or credit requests, and verify, close, and set deployment dates on Salesforce opportunities.
• Monitor customer commitments, migration milestones, escalations, risks, and deliverables while providing timely status updates.
• Handle company data and information in accordance with agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Review and adhere to company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, complete annual compliance training certification, and acknowledge policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's or University degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, service operations, or a related customer- or transaction-support role.
• Proven understanding of quote-to-order and contract-processing workflows, including complex multi-service or multi-client transactions (Required).
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or operational systems (Required); Salesforce and ServiceNow or similar platforms (Preferred).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, managed services, customer migrations, or related technical service environments, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Required).
• Familiarity with BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, virtualization, connectivity services, and DocuSign (Preferred).
• ITIL Foundation or a comparable service-management certification (Preferred).
• Exhibited customer-first mindset when collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Ownership, accountability, and follow-through in managing transactions, issues, and commitments.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey process or technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
