Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition recruiters to gain a deep understanding of assigned requisitions, necessary qualifications, target candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and service expectations.

• Oversee sourcing and initial screening activities for approximately 10+ requisitions simultaneously, adapting priorities as business needs evolve.

• Create and implement customized sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, professional networks, internal databases, social media, web research, referrals, talent communities, and other pertinent channels.

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive candidates to fulfill current and future hiring requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive initial screenings to evaluate experience, technical and functional qualifications, career interests, compensation expectations, work authorization, location requirements, availability, and overall suitability for the role.

• Provide recruiters with thoroughly screened, qualified candidates accompanied by clear, accurate, and concise screening notes.

• Ensure ongoing communication with recruiters regarding pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, sourcing challenges, and suggested modifications.

• Establish and maintain reusable talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, specialized, and challenging-to-fill positions.

• Keep timely and precise records of candidate activities, dispositions, notes, and pipeline data in Workday and other approved recruiting tools.

• Offer a professional, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience through effective communication and prompt follow-up.

• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, sourcing campaigns, talent-mapping projects, process improvements, and other assigned priorities.

• Achieve or surpass SLA targets and pipeline-generation objectives.

• Ensure high-quality hires, maintain data accuracy, and enhance Entegris' reputation as an employer of choice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates within a corporate agency, or recruitment process outsourcing environment.

• Strong capability to identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, web research, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Experience in conducting structured candidate screenings and assessing qualifications against established job requirements.

• Ability to manage over 10 concurrent requisitions, prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet established deadlines and service expectations.

• Strong collaborative skills and a service-oriented mindset when supporting Talent Acquisition recruiters.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and objectively summarize candidate qualifications.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools; experience with Workday is preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing recruiting data and metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to accurate documentation and process adherence.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining responsive to recruiter and business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

• Experience in sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, research and development, technical, or other specialized roles is preferred.

• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries is an advantage.
