Contract Salesforce Developer, Admin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in a comprehensive Salesforce centralization project following the acquisition of Forth.

• Integrate Forth’s current Salesforce data and procedures into CALSTART’s Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud system.

• Plan and carry out the migration of data from Salesforce to Salesforce, which includes mapping, data cleansing, validation, execution, and reconciliation.

• Configure and develop workflows for Membership Services and Business Development utilizing Salesforce automation, objects, permissions, reporting, and custom development.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Platform/Technology team to comprehend processes and convert requirements into Salesforce solutions.

• Assist with testing, deployment, documentation, and stabilization of the unified Salesforce environment.

• Ensure that the solution is secure, maintainable, well-documented, and prepared for long-term organizational implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, including the design and configuration of solutions tailored to nonprofit business processes.

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, encompassing Flow, automation, data modeling, security/permissions, reporting, integrations, and custom development.

• Experience in planning and executing Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations, which covers data mapping, transformation, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation.

• Preferred experience in designing Salesforce solutions for membership, fundraising/philanthropy, constituent or relationship management, and business development.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant Nonprofit Cloud credentials are preferred.

• Proven knowledge of Salesforce architecture and implementation best practices.

• A builder’s mindset combined with a designer’s perspective.

• Ownership and curiosity, with the ability to identify gaps and advance initiatives.

• Creative problem-solving skills balanced with adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders.
