Contract Recruiter – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for various open go-to-market positions, ranging from Sales Development Representatives to Sales Managers, as well as roles in revenue operations and partnerships.

• Create and implement outbound sourcing strategies primarily aimed at attracting passive go-to-market talent.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to calibrate roles, taking into account market realities, compensation strategies, and adjustments to requirements.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise and up-to-date pipeline data in Lever.

• Offer hiring managers and leadership clear visibility into the recruitment pipeline.

• Provide a consistent and professional candidate experience through timely communication.

• Be a part of the Global People Team and take responsibility for hiring within Engineering, Product, and Data organizations.

• Work closely with engineering leaders to establish pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across global teams.

• Execute deep sourcing, technical screening, market mapping, candidate experience management, and closing processes.

• Report directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in go-to-market hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations, or partnerships roles.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Proficiency in Spanish is necessary; Portuguese is a considerable advantage due to the markets these roles serve.

• Must be based in Mexico.

• Proven sourcing skills through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and competitive mapping.

• Prior experience in contract or agency recruitment is preferred, especially with a history of quickly delivering results in active searches.

• Practical experience with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with Lever is a plus.

• Comfortable using AI tools within a recruiting context.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision after initial briefing and context-setting.
