Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned vacancies, including necessary skills, experience, competencies, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Oversee candidate pipelines and recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.

• Actively source and engage potential candidates through various recruiting channels and networks.

• Assess resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements.

• Conduct phone screenings utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders.

• Ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer market insights and hiring recommendations to assist in selection decisions.

• Assist in discussions regarding offers and candidate acceptance activities alongside hiring leaders and Human Resources.

• Organize onboarding processes for newly hired employees.

• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation related to recruitment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in corporate and/or technology roles.

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates for challenging positions.

• Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidates.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with iCIMS is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internet-based recruiting tools.

• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

• Availability to provide recruiting services equivalent to approximately 30 hours per week during the engagement period.

• Arrangement as an independent contractor (1099/W-9).
