Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire hiring process across various functions, from intake and sourcing to offer and closing.

• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline throughout the US and Canada.

• Lead internal recruitment initiatives, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings.

• Supervise outreach and candidate screening procedures.

• Provide training and coaching to hiring managers while calibrating interviewers.

• Keep a well-organized and current talent database, tracking candidate availability and qualifications.

• Deliver weekly reports on pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and progress towards hiring objectives.

• Collaborate directly with leadership to enhance hiring efforts across the US and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or similar roles, with a proven history of filling challenging positions.

• Comprehensive ownership of the recruitment process, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and closing.

• Experience in recruiting within the US and/or Canada, including understanding market compensation and candidate expectations in both regions.

• Ability to quickly adapt as a contractor and deliver results within the initial weeks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Consistently high daily output and accuracy in execution.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Background in hiring for healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous.

• Enthusiasm and motivation, with a dedication to personal development.
