📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies.

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive recruiting initiatives.

• Oversee candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience.

• Perform initial recruiter screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Work closely with interviewers and hiring managers to facilitate timely hiring decisions.

• Monitor recruiting activities and keep precise records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Create innovative strategies to attract premier talent in competitive job markets.

• Contribute to the enhancement of recruiting processes, interview workflows, and overall hiring operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting for technical, product, AI/ML, or go-to-market (GTM) positions.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches concurrently.

• Proactive and resourceful, comfortable working in a less structured environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passionate about building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Enthusiastic about working in startups and fast-paced growth settings.

• Proven track record of successfully filling challenging or specialized positions.
