Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer assistance.

• Manage candidate pipelines for various open positions.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers from different departments to grasp team requirements and outline desired candidate profiles.

• Implement customized hiring strategies.

• Actively seek out passive candidates for technology and SaaS positions.

• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, networking avenues, AI tools, and ATS workflows to enhance recruiting efficiency.

• Compose candidate outreach messages and automate standard scheduling tasks.

• Represent Quorum as a brand ambassador.

• Ensure timely communication and deliver a high-touch, professional experience for candidates.

• Assist with recruiting operations during the absence of a team member.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in the SaaS or technology sectors.

• Demonstrated proactive talent acquisition experience in a dynamic SaaS environment.

• Experience in recruiting for positions such as Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives within a SaaS company.

• Proficiency in Ashby ATS.

• Familiarity with contemporary sourcing platforms.

• Competence in using AI productivity tools.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, networking channels, and innovative search methodologies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
