Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated technical and non-technical positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into roles and the profiles of ideal candidates.

• Source, recruit, and engage potential candidates.

• Evaluate candidates' education, experience, training, and other qualifications.

• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.

• Provide consistent updates and reporting on the candidate pipeline, progress, and any obstacles encountered.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting.

• Strong skills in building relationships.

• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage time and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Eligibility to work in the United States, verified through the E-Verify system upon selection.
