This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and attract candidates through the ADP Workforce Applicant Tracking System and various job boards/sources to meet a goal of 10 hires per month.
• Manage the opening and closing of requisitions; create correspondence and offer letters; document candidate interviews, screenings, and notes; and ensure proper applicant disposition.
• Actively seek candidates through diverse channels.
• Facilitate the employment offer process, including salary ranges, incentives, and start dates, in partnership with HR teams and hiring managers.
• Oversee and implement recruiting standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and relevant state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to establish hiring criteria that align with job descriptions.
• Keep accurate records and statistics and prepare reports as necessary.
• Assist with reporting obligations.
• Create and submit weekly updates and reports on talent acquisition.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure alignment between hiring needs and organizational objectives.
• Enhance MedZed’s reputation as a premier workplace.
• Provide candidates with information regarding MedZed’s benefits, salary structure, and company culture.
• Manage candidate pools to maintain engagement with qualified candidates for current or future roles.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to support MedZed’s growth and recruitment initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• Preferred experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and HRIS systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel to community networking/recruiting events.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to perform extended periods of stationary, desk-based computer tasks.
• Capable of using a computer, keyboard, calculator, copy machine, and printer.
• Ability to occasionally move within the office/remote workspace and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Clear vision at approximately 20 inches or less.
• Must comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
