Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates for challenging positions in home services, trades, and professional services via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and innovative outreach methods.

• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with each client's hiring strategy.

• Develop and sustain a network of talented individuals.

• Present qualified candidates with clear and concise summaries.

• Organize interviews, collect feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.

• Assist in extending and finalizing offers, while supporting background checks and pre-employment procedures.

• Ensure accurate documentation of candidate records, statuses, and notes within the ATS.

• Provide weekly updates to the Account Manager and proactively highlight any potential risks.

• Utilize data to refine sourcing strategies.

• Adhere to HRA's recruiting playbook and propose enhancements as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience in RPO, agency, or in-house talent acquisition.

• Excellent interviewing and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Practical experience with an ATS and recruiting CRM tools, along with proficiency in generating basic reports.

• Highly organized and dependable, with a proven history of achieving weekly targets.

• Capability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup and consistent availability during client business hours.

• Experience in recruiting for trades, home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), or manufacturing is desirable but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Workable, JazzHR, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required.
