Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Marketing and Sales positions, from intake to the offer stage.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to grasp role specifications, priorities, and market conditions.

• Provide high-quality candidate shortlists promptly, emphasizing relevance and market compatibility.

• Actively source candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search strategies, ATS databases, and local job boards.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines across Asia.

• Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting.

• Manage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a professional, responsive, and transparent experience.

• Conduct initial screening calls in Business English.

• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and follow-ups.

• Keep candidates engaged during lengthy or intricate processes.

• Ensure accurate ATS tracking, notes, compliance, clean pipelines, timely updates, and clear status reporting.

• Identify market constraints, compensation discrepancies, and profile quality risks, offering solutions as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter.

• Extensive experience in Mass Hiring.

• Proven track record as a 360 recruiter, preferably within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for Marketing and Sales roles.

• Hands-on recruitment experience in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS databases, and local job platforms.

• Proficient in Business English, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Capacity to work remotely while remaining highly responsive and accountable.

• Familiarity with regional market nuances, candidate expectations, and compensation dynamics.

• Experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition team is a plus.

• Experience in supporting high-growth or rapidly evolving businesses is advantageous.
