Contract Performance Manager – GM&F

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Engage in negotiations with dedicated providers following specific policies.

• Strive to secure optimal contractual terms while maintaining internal customer satisfaction.

• Identify and enhance sourcing strategies at both business and plant levels.

• Oversee regional and business teams.

• Direct functional teams or projects.

• Convey challenging concepts and sway opinions on specific topics.

• Counsel management within the function and/or business.

• Assist in decision-making regarding significant issues.

• Make informed decisions and tackle intricate tasks or challenges affecting the function.

• Evaluate information quality and pose relevant questions to stakeholders.

• Formulate and present recommendations and innovative solutions.

• Lead extensive, complex commercial negotiations.

• Keep abreast of industry trends that could impact work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in sourcing and sourcing management.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.

• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Proven track record in leading programs/projects.

• Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Demonstrated experience in leading extensive, complex commercial negotiations.

• Ability to set direction and achieve results in uncertain environments.
