Contract Performance Manager – GM&F

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Engage in negotiations with dedicated providers in alignment with specific policies.

• Strive to secure optimal contractual terms while maintaining satisfaction among internal customers.

• Establish and enhance sourcing strategies at either the business or plant level.

• Oversee regional and business teams effectively.

• Direct functional teams or projects with limited resources, risk, and complexity.

• Convey challenging concepts and influence decisions on specific topics.

• Provide counsel to management within the function and/or business.

• Assist in decision-making processes on significant matters.

• Make informed decisions and tackle complicated tasks or issues affecting the function.

• Evaluate the quality of information and pose relevant questions to stakeholders.

• Formulate and present recommendations utilizing both internal and external resources.

• Keep abreast of industry trends that could impact the work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in sourcing and sourcing management.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proven track record in leading large and intricate commercial negotiations.

• Strong oral and written communication capabilities.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.

• Demonstrated aptitude for analyzing and resolving issues.

• Proven ability to lead programs and projects.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Ability to interpret business challenges and propose best practices.

• Strong commercial awareness.

• High-level judgment and capacity to manage complex tasks or issues.

• Ability to evaluate information quality and ask relevant questions to stakeholders.

• Capacity to develop solutions and recommendations beyond established parameters.
