This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and uphold independent agreements with customers and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
• Conduct quality control assessments on contract creation, pricing structures, and customer eligibility.
• Oversee and address issues that arise during contract implementation.
• Handle workflows for New Account Requests (NAR).
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer master data across relevant business systems.
• Organize activities related to account setup, maintenance, and data governance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to customers and accounts.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy, contract compliance, and operational consistency.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements for efficiency, standardization, and customer experience.
• Assist with audits, document reviews, and governance activities related to processes.
• Engage in cross-functional projects, process enhancements, and system upgrade initiatives.
• Aid in gathering requirements, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, implementation, and post-launch activities.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with teams from Commercial Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Contracting, GPO Administration, and Business Process Excellence.
• Provide operational assistance, issue resolution, and expertise in contract administration.
• Work collaboratively across teams to fulfill customer agreements and assist in achieving strategic business goals.
• Strong communicator experienced in collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues and assist customers.
• Background in supporting system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process improvements, and initiatives aimed at operational excellence focusing on efficiency and standardization.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in SAP, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise applications.
• Capable of supporting planning, testing, training, implementation, and continuous process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational processes such as vendor onboarding, account maintenance, and mailbox management.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree with equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Experience in contract administration, commercial operations, customer support, or associated business functions.
• Familiarity with contract implementation, customer account setup, process improvements, audits, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in executing customer agreements and pricing programs while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge of quality control assessments, document management, approval workflows, and electronic records administration.
• Preferred experience with GPOs, healthcare contracting, wholesaler operations, or commercial operations processes.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
