Contract Manager – Renewable Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and organize contracts in an operational capacity

• Create and uphold a well-structured and transparent contract repository

• Draft customer contracts, ensuring all information and documentation are complete and accurate

• Gather and evaluate contract documentation for bank financing, ensuring completeness, consistency, and adherence to internal requirements

• Coordinate and process amendments to contracts, including thorough documentation and version control

• Prepare intercompany agreements and manage their execution along with complete documentation

• Track deadlines, contract status, and next steps, engaging relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

• Process contracts and documents efficiently utilizing AI and modern software

• Continuously enhance existing processes and systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Meticulous, organized, and dependable work style

• A completed degree or vocational qualification, such as in business, finance, business law, or a related field, is beneficial but not mandatory

• Initial experience in handling contracts, documents, or administrative processes is a plus

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly grasp complex documents and interrelationships

• Interest in and willingness to actively utilize AI tools in daily tasks

• Business-fluent German language skills at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
