Contract Management System Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collect contracts from all properties and home offices into a centralized data repository.

• Upload, cleanse, and organize contract information within Luminance.

• Validate contract data as Luminance automatically processes and interprets contracts.

• Set up auto-renewal alerts and expiration notifications for each property.

• Develop workflows and configurations for daily system operations.

• Organize and conduct training sessions for General Managers and other end users.

• Act as the primary resource for inquiries regarding the platform.

• Manage the project timeline and ensure the project reaches completion with minimal supervision.

• Work independently and proactively, identifying risks or obstacles before they escalate into issues.

• Assist in launching the contract management program across the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a current, legal, and unrestricted right to work in the United States.

• Remote candidates based in the U.S. are preferred, with a preference for those in Miami.

• Proven experience in setting up, configuring, or administering a business software platform is essential.

• Strong aptitude for systems and comfort in learning and configuring new platforms independently.

• Possess a project management mindset; self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing work independently.

• Ability to work autonomously and remotely with minimal daily supervision.

• Commitment to the engagement for its entire duration, without dividing time across other roles or clients.

• Preferably has experience with vendor or service contracts.

• A legal background, such as paralegal experience, junior lawyer, or law firm administration, is advantageous.

• Availability for 20 to 40 hours per week, fully dedicated, for a minimum of 3 months.
