This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Manage the Contract Management and Administration process across all categories of third-party expenditure.
β’ Collaborate with the Contract Manager and the Legal team to oversee supplier contracts and uphold contract databases.
β’ Assume full ownership of significant contracts from inception to completion.
β’ Formulate sourcing strategies and nurture strategic supplier partnerships.
β’ Engage in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements pertaining to equipment, materials, products, or services.
β’ Assess contract compliance and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding contractual rights and obligations.
β’ Work alongside cross-functional internal teams to tackle intricate challenges.
β’ Address legal inquiries from stakeholders and vendors, preparing summaries and communicating legal concepts in line with internal review policies and legal regulations.
β’ Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to advance strategic goals and facilitate transaction resolutions.
β’ Oversee contract documentation, internal repositories, tracking systems, and supplier contract databases.
β’ Lead strategic procurement initiatives, which include evaluating, selecting, and negotiating the terms and conditions of external service providers.
β’ Promote Total Cost of Ownership reductions through analytical insights and identify chances for process enhancements, system upgrades, and organizational efficiency improvements.
β’ Report directly to the Contract Manager.
β’ 2β5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or contract administration within a corporate legal department or supporting a procurement function with contracting duties.
β’ Expertise in reviewing, negotiating, and executing supplier contracts, including Master Agreements, Amendments, Order Forms, and Statements of Work (SOW).
β’ A Law Degree is preferred, or a Bachelorβs degree in Business or an equivalent field.
β’ Practical knowledge of Ariba, P2P platforms, or spend analytics applications.
β’ Familiarity and hands-on experience with technology solutions that enhance Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) using generative AI capabilities is a plus.
β’ Strong decision-making and analytical skills aimed at risk minimization, navigating change, and implementing cost-saving measures.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, large suppliers, and internal leaders.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
β’ Flexible with working hours.
β’ Able to manage multiple high-priority projects within tight deadlines.
