Contract EHS Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the implementation of the GE Vernova Contractor EHS Management TS2026 roadmap.

• Create templates, standardized formats, and procedural documentation.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Advanced Prep Team, including prioritization, problem-solving, scheduling, and collaboration across Business Units.

• Monitor KPIs and pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Spearhead the standardization of ComplyWorks and third-party account SOPs, digital toolkits, and centralized file management systems.

• Generate and maintain monthly performance reports for accounts.

• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and ComplyWorks.

• Handle inquiries, address escalations, and facilitate communication within EHS and Sourcing communities.

• Assist in advancing the ComplyWorks tool improvement roadmap.

• Create databases, monitor project progress, and collaborate with the Contractor Management Leader, Digital Technology Strategy, ComplyWorks, and stakeholders.

• Revise Learning Bits and update training modules as necessary.

• Keep ComplyWorks user training materials current.

• Manage communication bulletins in ComplyWorks for contractors and management personnel.

• Aid in the launch and maintenance of the Contractor Performance Audit program, including database and dashboard management.

• Demonstrated experience in Contractor Management.

• Advanced familiarity with ComplyWorks and key third-party contractor management systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of EHS customer expectations.

• Extensive expertise with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VeriSource, and ComplyWorks.

• Capability to link enterprise strategy with field execution.

• Strong emphasis on data integrity, standardization, and process enhancement.

• Skill in aligning diverse stakeholders across Business Units, Sourcing, Digital Technology, and external parties.

• Experience in a dynamic, matrixed global environment.

• Proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights, monthly usage reports, and performance metrics.

• Track record of managing cross-functional projects and promoting standard practices within global teams.

• Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
