Contract EHS Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the implementation of the GE Vernova Contractor EHS Management TS2026 roadmap by creating templates, standardized formats, and procedural documentation.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Advanced Prep Team, including prioritizing tasks, problem-solving, scheduling, and collaborating with various Business Units.

• Enhance performance through KPI monitoring and the identification of opportunities for operational improvements.

• Lead the standardization efforts for ComplyWorks and third-party account SOPs, digital toolkits, and centralized file systems.

• Create and maintain monthly performance reports for accounts.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and ComplyWorks.

• Manage inquiries, resolve escalations, and facilitate communication among EHS and Sourcing communities.

• Contribute to the ComplyWorks tool enhancement roadmap by developing databases, tracking project progress, and coordinating with the Contractor Management Leader, Digital Technology Strategy, ComplyWorks, and relevant stakeholders.

• Update “Learning Bits” and revise training modules as necessary.

• Maintain training materials for ComplyWorks users.

• Keep communication bulletins in ComplyWorks updated for contractors and management regarding the rollout of the EHS Supplier Guide.

• Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the Contractor Performance Audit program, including database and dashboard management.

• Proven experience in Contractor Management.

• Advanced knowledge of ComplyWorks and key third-party contractor management platforms.

• Strong capability to translate complex data into actionable insights, monthly utilization reports, and performance metrics.

• Demonstrated skill in managing cross-functional projects and promoting standardized practices across global teams.

• Excellent facilitation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to integrate EHS priorities into everyday operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of EHS customer requirements.

• Extensive expertise in managing third-party compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VeriSource) and ComplyWorks.

• Ability to connect enterprise strategy with field execution, emphasizing data integrity, standardization, and process enhancements.

• Capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across Business Units, Sourcing, Digital Technology, and external parties.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
